No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of, any such downloading or copying. Say So.com image and video Submission Policy
By accessing Say So and submitting media (photograph/image and/or video) to be uploaded, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Any media containing cartoons, comics, celebrities, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted materials (unless you own the copyright) is not permitted. Please note that media of celebrities, cartoon and/or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.
2. For security and privacy reasons, any media that contains personally identifiable contact information such as name, phone number, email address or website URL is not permitted and will be immediately removed by Say So.
3. Uploading any media of people without their permission is also prohibited and will be removed by Say So.
4. Submitted photos are limited to a size of 2MB and must be in JPG, or PNG format.
5. This submission policy applies only to Say So users.
6. Say So.com reserves the right to review all media and to remove any media for any reason at our sole discretion. If you see media on Say So that you believe does not conform to the Submission Policies listed above, please send the link here with a short explanation of why the photo does not conform to our policies.

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

While we welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, our products and our services, we do not want to receive and do not accept confidential or proprietary ideas, suggestions, materials or other information. Accordingly, please note that all comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, materials, information, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Say So on shall be and remain Say So's property.

Any such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Say So of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Product Information
The products displayed on the Say So Online store can be ordered and delivered anywhere in the world. The prices displayed at the Site, however, are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Say So does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved by arbitration before a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association and shall be held in Prosper, Texas.

Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Say So. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Say So also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Say So's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Say So, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
